Log a job or support ticket

Once a support ticket has been received, our service team will log a job in our service control system and an engineer will be scheduled to investigate your issue. Our tickets are attended to as soon as possible and we pride ourselves on our quick response.
Please only complete the form below during the hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Please note that if you require service outside of these hours then please call us on our toll free number above and select the option to call out an engineer. (Rather than emailing us or completing the form below.) This way you will be connected directly with our after hours call out system and an engineer will be paged and will attend to your request.
Network status
Please be sure to check our network status page before creating a support ticket. If we are experiencing an issue on our network that is affecting multiple clients it will be posted there. Click here to go to our network status page.
Service and support rates
Please note that our standard service rates apply. We have a number of service options available from telephone support to onsite support to remote assistance over the internet. We also have a range of support options that we call Maxi-Care. Talk to your account manager to get more details and a recommendation of what would work the best for your business.
